The information we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, telephone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the work, whether you contact us through the website, by email, by telephone or on WhatsApp.
- Photographs and drawings you send us of your property or project.
- Customer records: quotations, invoices, payment records and correspondence if you become a customer.
- Website usage information: only if you accept analytics cookies, pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, gathered through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for special category information such as health details. Please do not send it unless it is relevant to access or safety at the property.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed for the purposes above, with:
- our website host and IT, email and messaging providers (including Google for email and Meta for WhatsApp);
- suppliers and subcontractors directly involved in your project, such as window or flooring suppliers;
- our accountants, insurers and professional advisers;
- HM Revenue & Customs and other authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, including Google and Meta, may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Agreement approved by the ICO.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months from our last contact.
- Customer records, quotations and invoices: six years from the end of the financial year in which the work was completed, to meet tax and company law requirements and to deal with any claims.
- Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information, or to restrict how we use it;
- object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests;
- ask for information you gave us to be transferred to another organisation;
- withdraw consent at any time, for example by changing your cookie settings.

Our website uses essential cookies, and optional cookies only if you agree. Our Cookie Policy lists them.
Keeping your information secure
We use password-protected devices and accounts, limit access to people who need it and choose reputable service providers. The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
